What is Hui Pass?

Hui Pass is a public transport travel card created specifically for conferences, meetings and business events held in Auckland. 

Each pass provides delegates with five consecutive days of unlimited travel on Auckland's bus and train network from first use, making it easy to navigate the city throughout their stay. 

The pass is available to business event organisers through bulk purchase and can be incorporated into delegate registrations, sponsorship packages or event experiences.

Getting Hui Pass for your event is simple.

  1. Estimate your numbers

    Estimate the number of passes required for your delegates.

  2. Complete the order request

    Complete the Hui Pass order request through the Auckland Transport website.

  3. Receive confirmation

    Receive confirmation and invoice details from Auckland Transport.

  4. Cards are prepared and sent

    Your Hui Pass cards will be prepared and couriered to your nominated Aotearoa New Zealand address.

  5. Distribute to delegates

    Distribute the cards among your delegates before or during your event.
