Food ordered: Single Scoop (Chocolate Mint) Single Scoop (Cappuccino) Bill: $13.40 Big tummy: Ever since another super popular ice cream parlour in Auckland somewhat let their standards slip, we've found ourselves returning to good ol' reliable Movenpick whenever we're in need of an ice cream fix. On this occasion, our fix took us to the Quay St branch - one of the better MP stores in my opinion. The service was quick and the staff are super friendly. Their scoop sizes are also generous, with a single scoop easily matching up with two scoops from a certain other place (Thou Who Shall Not Be Named). It's nice too that they haven't let their prime waterfront location go to their heads either. With some of the best ice cream in Auckland, an excellent location and service to match, we'll definitely be coming back here next time we're in the city. Little tummy: What can I say? Everyone who knows me knows my passion for ice cream and Movenpick (almost) always delivers. This occasion was no different. Ice cream that is just pure magic, generous portions, friendly service - what more can you ask for? Movenpick Quay St has become our go-to for ice cream in the city.

This place is alright - standard movenpick ice cream and good customer service. Compared to the mission bay outlet, I think the atmosphere is a little lacking. Nevertheless, ice cream is ice cream. If you're craving for some, you'll get nice ice cream here

Been here a couple of times. Today I tried the creme Brûlée and straciatella ice cream flavour and it taste amazing. The combination is amazing and I will highly recommend you guys to try it. Normally I would have the affogato and it taste well with the chocolate Swiss! Try it Guys!
